Workshop: Connection & Inspiration in Zurich

We are convening as a community of professional women and men in the Zurich area for an evening workshop dedicated to leadership, meaningful connection, and reflection on this season. As part of our gathering, we will also discuss how Switzerland and Zurich in particular could best serve as the host country for the 2026 edition of the iconic global WIN Conference.

Programme: 18 November

18:00–19:00 | Networking Workshop: A facilitated session to reconnect, share insights, and explore leadership themes relevant to this moment.

19:00–20:00 | Switzerland as Host for WIN 2026?

A focused conversation on how Zurich and Switzerland can become the home of the 2026 WIN Global Conference.

From 20:00 | Light Dinner & Socializing: Soup, light refreshments, drinks, and informal conversation.

21:00 | Closing

An Evening of Connection & Inspiration

Join us for an intimate in-person gathering to welcome the energy of autumn, a season of gratitude, completion, and preparation for winter.

Together, we will reflect on the significance of this time and explore why we are being called to rise as women, with a few supportive men, united as a force for good.

In the spirit of community, we will share insights, engage in meaningful conversation, and enjoy a simple meal together. This evening offers a beautiful opportunity to connect, deepen relationships, and experience the warmth of the WIN community.

Part of the evening will be dedicated to envisioning Switzerland and Zurich as the potential host locations for WIN’s landmark 2026 leadership experience: the WIN Conference on Creating the Future.

Participation and Registration

The workshop is free of charge for:

• Members of the WIN Community (alumni), and

• Employees of WIN’s confirmed 2025 partner companies (corporate members).

All other participants are invited to contribute a small cost-sharing for food etc: Fee of CHF 39.
