Become part of the iconic
WIN Conference as a Speaker
WIN’s philosophy is rooted in engagement and co-creation, bringing together a global ecosystem of leaders, partners, and community members committed to creating positive change.
Often experienced as a peer-to-peer gathering, WIN invites women and men aligned with its vision to contribute within a shared framework for transformation, while ensuring that others shine as brightly as themselves.
The Call to the WIN Community for Speakers is one such pathway, opening space for women’s voices, perspectives, and visions to be heard.
Each year, thoughtful proposals arrive from around the world. A committee within the WIN office reviews submissions carefully to ensure alignment with the spirit, quality, and intention of the gathering.
At WIN, it is about sharing rather than promoting and contributing rather than selling. Speakers are participants in the experience, not separate from it.
Whether speaking on stage, facilitating a workshop, coaching, or participating in dialogue experiences throughout the gathering, everyone contributes to the collective experience.
Again and again, we witness the power of women sharing their stories, work, dreams, and ideas as together we shape a more conscious and flourishing future.
A select number of speakers are also invited directly by WIN.
Who Should Apply
WIN is a community-centered experience, not simply a speaking platform.
Those who participate as speakers typically resonate deeply with the WIN vision and wish to contribute meaningfully to the gathering, whether speaking, facilitating, coaching, or participating fully in the programme.
Speaker proposals are therefore generally submitted by:
-
Members of the WIN Community
-
Individuals recommended by a WIN member, partner, or regional WIN community
-
If you are new to WIN but feel genuinely aligned with our mission, you are warmly welcome to apply and share your connection to our work and become part of it.
Again, we particularly welcome proposals from those who wish to participate fully in the conference experience, not only deliver a session.
The WIN Experience

Speaker Participation & Contribution
WIN gatherings are carefully curated, high-quality experiences designed to foster meaningful connection, learning, and transformation. When we gather for a WIN conference, it is far more than a traditional event. It is a convergence of exceptional individuals and a circle of true peers, a space we consciously co-create together within the spirit, vision, and framework of the organization.
Organizing these gatherings involves substantial costs, including renting of venues, workshop spaces, shared meals, Award Dinner, Gala Dinner, VIP cocktails, programme design, communications, and a dedicated team working throughout the year to curate and support the experience.
To make it possible for many voices to be heard, speakers are not paid. Instead, speakers participate in the conference experience alongside all other participants and contribute through a reduced speaker conference pass, helping cover part of the core costs of the gathering. They are always welcome to pay the full fee and contribute to the sustainability of the organization.
Speakers often share that participating in WIN becomes one of the most meaningful experiences of their professional journey, offering opportunities to:
-
connect with an extraordinary international community
-
contribute to a meaningful mission
-
raise their visibility and impact
-
share their work within a supportive, high-level environment
-
participate in a carefully curated leadership experience
The speaker contribution includes access to the conference programme and interactive learning journey, networking experiences, celebration events (Award Dinner and Gala Dinner and more), shared meals and coffee breaks, conference materials, learning material, speaker profiling, and briefing or coaching sessions with the WIN team.
Accommodation, travel, and optional external activities are not included.
Whenever sponsorships or partnerships allow, WIN strives to reduce or remove participation fees. In recent years, however, attracting major sponsorship support has become increasingly challenging. For some regional gatherings, participation may still be complimentary depending on available resources and local partnerships.
WIN conferences are thoughtfully designed over many months to create a meaningful, inspiring, and world-class experience for all participants.
