"The honour of speaking at your conference was one of the best of my professional life. It was so great as a man to have that privilege, and I continue to fight wherever I can for the advancement of women."

- Nigel Nicholson, London Business School

Become a Speaker at WIN

At WIN, speaking is an invitation to contribute to a shared vision and learning journey rather than a platform for self-promotion. Through the annual  WIN Community Call for Speakers, we invite members of the WIN community and aligned leaders to contribute their voices and become part of the co-creation of the experience. WIN designs, writes and curates the overall programme, ensuring a coherent learning journey while supporting speakers through briefings, profiling, participation and community calls.

1) Overview: The WIN Way

WIN's philosophy is rooted in engagement and co-creation, bringing together a global ecosystem of leaders, partners, and community members committed to creating positive change. Often experienced as a peer-to-peer gathering, WIN invites women and men aligned with its vision to contribute within a shared framework for transformation while ensuring everyone shines. WIN designs and curates the overall learning journey. Through the WIN Community Call for Speakers, active members of our community help bring that journey to life.

The WIN Community Call for Speakers is one of the pathways through which active members of the community contribute their voices, perspectives, and ideas to the programme.

Each year, we receive thoughtful proposals from around the world. A committee within the WIN office carefully reviews every submission to ensure alignment with the spirit, quality, and purpose of the gathering.

At WIN, we value sharing over promoting and contributing over selling. Speakers are participants in the learning journey, whether leading a session, facilitating a workshop, coaching, or engaging in dialogue throughout the event.

Again and again, we witness the power of people sharing their stories, work, dreams, and ideas as together we shape a more conscious and flourishing future. A select number of speakers are also invited directly by WIN.

2) Who Should Apply

WIN is a community-centred gathering, not simply a speaking platform.

Those who speak at WIN resonate with our vision and wish to contribute meaningfully as speakers, facilitators, coaches, or active participants.

Applications are generally submitted by:

  • Members of the WIN Community

  • Individuals recommended by a WIN member, partner, or regional WIN community

If you are new to WIN but feel genuinely aligned with our mission, you are warmly welcome to apply. We invite you to tell us how you discovered WIN and what inspires you to become part of our community.

We particularly welcome proposals from those who wish to participate fully in the conference, not simply deliver a session.

3) Becoming Part of the WIN Experience

The Global WIN Conference is designed as a peer-to-peer learning journey where many voices are heard. While not everyone speaks from the main stage, participants contribute through workshops, mentoring and coaching circles, dialogue experiences, forums, and interactive sessions.

Participants include corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and emerging change-makers. Together they learn, exchange ideas, expand their impact, and explore more authentic and meaningful ways of leading and living.

WIN encourages organizations and individuals alike to cultivate:

inclusivity and excellence regeneration and sustainability conscious leadership trust, truth, quality, and long-term responsibility

At an individual level, WIN aims to:

  • awaken potential

  • ignite vitality and purpose

  • reveal new visions for the future

  • support leaders in creating thriving businesses and flourishing communities

4)Speaker Participation & Contribution

WIN gatherings are carefully curated, high-quality leadership experiences designed to foster meaningful connection, learning, and transformation. More than a traditional conference, each gathering brings together exceptional leaders who contribute to a shared experience within the vision, values, and framework of WIN.

Organizing these gatherings involves significant investment, including venues, workshop spaces, programme design, speaker support, communications, shared meals, celebration events, and a dedicated team working throughout the year.

To make space for many voices, speakers are generally not paid. Instead, they participate alongside all attendees and register with a reduced Speaker Pass, helping cover part of the cost of the gathering. Those who wish are warmly welcome to register at the full conference rate in support of WIN's mission.

Speakers consistently describe WIN as one of the most meaningful experiences of their professional journey. It offers opportunities to:

  • connect with an exceptional international community

  • contribute to a meaningful mission

  • increase visibility and impact

  • share expertise in a supportive, high-level environment

  • participate in a carefully curated leadership experience

The Speaker Pass includes full access to the conference programme, interactive learning sessions, networking experiences, celebration events, shared meals and refreshments, conference materials, speaker profiling, and briefing sessions with the WIN team. Accommodation, travel, and optional external activities are not included.

Whenever sponsorships and partnerships allow, WIN seeks to reduce participation fees or offer additional support. For some regional gatherings, speaker participation may be complimentary, depending on local resources.

For the 2026 Global WIN High-Level Gathering, selected speakers are invited to register at the Subsidized Individual Ticket rate (CHF 1,495) or, for participants from larger organizations, the Full Ticket rate.

If this presents a financial challenge, applicants may apply for a Sisterhood Ticket or Host Country Ticket, each offered at 50% of the Full Ticket rate. Throughout the year, WIN works to secure sponsorships and partnerships that make participation accessible to as many leaders as possible.
