The WIN Global High-Level Gathering is more than a conference. It is a curated leadership journey integrating inspiration, reflection, learning, authentic connection, and meaningful action for a world in transition. Rooted in authentic feminine leadership, regenerative thinking, and ecosystem leadership, the experience invites participants to grow personally while contributing to a more human, thriving, and sustainable future.
Before the Gathering
1. Registration & Profile Creation
Begin your journey by introducing yourself and joining a powerful international network of women and allies shaping the future of leadership, business, and society. And of course, once you are registered, arrange your travel and accomodation
2. Leadership Learning Journey (Online)
Engage in pre-event online sessions and leadership modules exploring wholeness, feminine values, authenticity, conscious leadership, regenerative leadership, and global awareness. Prepare for renewal, purpose, vision, and a deeper connection to your own story and leadership path.
3. Your Discovery & Learning Journal, Part I
Receive the first part of a beautifully crafted learning book and leadership companion inspired by Kristin Engvig’s pioneering WIN methodology, the 8 Pillars, and the WIN framework for transformation leading toward Illuminous Leadership. Designed to support reflection, embodied learning, and intentional action as you prepare for the gathering.
During the Gathering
4. Live Experience: Inspiration, Learning, Dialogue & Co-Creation
Participate in an immersive programme of plenary sessions, workshops, forums, facilitated networking, musical and artistic experiences, and collaborative encounters with world-class speakers, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, artists, and pioneers.
Together, we explore leadership, human flourishing, purpose, regenerative futures, and how we can shape the future of our workplaces, communities, and world. Through WIN’s acclaimed framework for transformation ‘ World, Work, You (We)‘ participants are invited to reconnect with their story, vision, and the emerging future calling them toward greater contribution.
5. Your Discovery & Learning Journal, Part II
Continue your journey with the second part of the Discovery & Learning Journal, deepening reflection, capturing insights, and supporting the integration of learning, dialogue, and personal transformation throughout the gathering experience.
6. Networking with Purpose & Passion: Shine Together
Experience WIN’s unique “Shine Together” methodology, a guided and heartfelt approach to authentic connection rooted in generosity, wisdom, and meaningful relationships.
Through curated networking and learning experiences, participants build lasting connections that continue well beyond the gathering itself. You will receive the Shine Together toolkit, including the book, cards, and iconic keys, created by Kristin Engvig to support conscious, relational, collaborative, and ecosystem leadership. This approach reflects what WIN has championed for years as Authentic Feminine Leadership.

Travel and Accomodation
Château de Bossey, Switzerland
The 2026 WIN Global High-Level Gathering will take place at the beautiful Château de Bossey, overlooking Lake Geneva and surrounded by nature, vineyards, and inspiring views of the Alps.
The venue offers a peaceful setting for reflection, learning, authentic connection, and renewal, while remaining conveniently accessible from Geneva.
Getting There
•Approximately 20 minutes from Geneva Airport
•Approximately 10 minutes by taxi from Coppet train station
•Approximately 15 minutes by taxi from Nyon train station
Taxis are readily available from both train stations and the airport. It is also possible to take public transport.
Where to Stay
We strongly encourage participants to stay at Château de Bossey and fully immerse themselves in the gathering experience. Some of the most meaningful conversations, connections, and insights often take place over breakfast, during walks, and in the moments between sessions.
For those who prefer alternative accommodation, a selection of hotels can be found nearby. Participants choosing to stay in Geneva should allow sufficient travel time to and from the venue each day.WIN has secured a limited allocation of rooms at Château de Bossey.
