The WIN Conference 2026 brings together visionary leaders, change-makers, entrepreneurs, and pioneers from around the world for a transformative leadership experience exploring the future of leadership, organisations, society, and human flourishing ✨

Through inspiring keynotes, interactive workshops, meaningful dialogue, and authentic connection, WIN creates a unique space where people come together to learn, grow, collaborate, and contribute to a more conscious, inclusive, and thriving future.

Additional partner gatherings and curated experiences will take place around the conference, alongside the main programme on 16th–18th September with bonus workshops on Saturday 19th and pre events on the 15th of September.

For everyone with a Full Ticket, the event starts at 10.30 on 16th September.

For those on an Individual ticket, it begins after lunch on 16th September.

The experience also includes the WIN Awards and Gala Dinner, musical and artistic interventions, curated networking experiences, and access to selected learning materials and online gatherings before and after the conference, extending the inspiration, learning, and global connections throughout the year.

Payment Options

If you pay with credit card, the web payment provider charges a 'service fee'. Alternatively, you can choose MANUAL payment, which is a direct Bank Transfer as your payment method and you will avoid the service fee by the payment provider.

One day, two days rather than the entire experience?

It is highly recommended you join the entire 3 -5 days event as the events is run as a deep transformational process.

​And if you do wish to come for just one day, it is absolutely possible. Please contact us for special coupon.

The one-day (or two days) price is calculated proportionally from the full participation fee, with an additional amount for the programme materials and elements that are common to everyone, whether attending for one, two or all three days.
