At a time when our world is evolving rapidly, through technological change, new forms of leadership, and shifting social dynamics, it is important to pause and ask:

• What does International Women’s Day mean now?

• And how can we continue to move the conversation forward in ways that truly benefit everyone?

Together, we will explore how we can shape a world where people, work, society and the planet will thrive.

• How do we step more fully into our work and purpose?

• How do we ensure we have the support, community, and courage needed to keep moving forward?

And how do we create systems and cultures that genuinely work for all, beginning with women, but expanding to humanity as a whole?

In this interactive gathering, we will explore themes such as AI, creativity, leadership, and community, reflecting on how these forces are reshaping our lives and the opportunities ahead.

Highly experienced members of the WIN community will offer brief reflections to open the conversation, sharing insights from their journeys and perspectives. From there, the space will open for collective dialogue, inviting everyone to contribute their voice, experiences, and ideas.

This will be a moment to pause, reflect, connect, and imagine together, strengthening our commitment, deepening our resolve, and unlocking new possibilities for the future we want to create.
