Midwinter Circle. Tending to the light within
This mid-winter workshop explores leadership at a time of uncertainty and emergence. By attuning to nature’s rhythms, participants learn how to sense direction before clarity is visible, tend early-stage ideas and intentions, and lead with patience, discernment, and trust in natural processes.

Midwinter Circle: Tending to the Light Within
6 February | 12.30–13.45 CET | Online (Zoom)
Mid-winter marks a subtle yet decisive moment in the seasonal cycle. While winter still holds the land, the deepest turning has already occurred. Beneath the surface, life is stirring.
Our intuition already knows something new and not yet visible is gestating and on its way.
Across cultures and traditions, this moment has been honoured as a time of tending, listening, purifying, protecting, and simplifying. It is a threshold where clarity arrives softly, and where future growth depends on the care given now.
In this circle and workshop, we explore mid-winter as a leadership and life practice rooted in nature’s timing. Participants are invited to slow down and attune to what is emerging within and around them: early intentions, fragile insights, and quiet callings that require patience and protection.
Guided by Kristin Engvig, founder of WIN, this mid-winter offering holds a spacious and reflective field, with sharing, meditation, inquiry, and gently facilitated moments that invite participants to go deep, learn, and grow together.
We will explore questions such as:
What is beginning to light you up and take shape beneath the surface?
What needs clearing or simplifying to allow new life to grow?
How do we lead when certainty has not yet arrived, yet direction can be felt?
This is an invitation to cultivate discernment, inner alignment, and trust in natural processes, learning to lead in relationship with life itself. Experimenting our natural rhythm in our companies increased trust and newness.
Mid-winter reminds us that wise leadership honours timing. What is tended now, with care and attention, will later rise with strength, coherence, and integrity as the light returns.
This workshop is part of WIN’s luminous and authentic leadership journey, expanding feminine wisdom in the world, at work, and in your own life.
This session is free for WIN community members and offered on a pay-what-you-can love price for everyone else. Beyond learning and inquiry, it is also an invitation to reconnect with the WIN community.
