About
At a time of heightened geopolitical tension, economic uncertainty, and rapid societal and technological change, many leaders sense that familiar approaches are no longer sufficient. The challenge is no longer only one of strategy or scale, but of coherence, within leadership, across institutions, and throughout the systems shaping our shared future.
This 90-minute WIN Leadership Wisdom Circle creates a reflective yet grounded space for leaders from business, government, academia, and civil society to explore what wisdom-based leadership means in this moment: leadership that integrates peace, prosperity, purpose, and justice as interdependent forces rather than competing objectives.
The session weaves together:
Brief contributions from experienced practitioners and thought leaders working at the intersection of leadership, systems change, peacebuilding, and prosperity
A facilitated wisdom circle, fostering deep listening, shared reflection, and dialogue across perspectives and sectors
An invitation for participants to contribute their own lived experience, recognizing that collective intelligence emerges through presence, diversity of insight, and mutual respect
Rather than exclusively a panel or debate, this gathering is designed as a shared inquiry an opportunity to pause amidst the intensity of Davos, reconnect with what truly matters, and explore how leaders can lead from wholeness, cultivate trust and coherence, and exercise stewardship for sustainable, long-term impact.
