At a time of heightened geopolitical tension, economic uncertainty, and rapid societal and technological change, many leaders sense that familiar approaches are no longer sufficient. This 90-minute WIN Leadership Wisdom Circle creates a reflective yet grounded space for leaders from business, government, academia, and civil society to explore what wisdom-based leadership means in this moment: leadership that integrates peace, prosperity, purpose, and justice as interdependent forces rather than competing objectives.

The session weaves together:

• Brief contributions from experienced practitioners and thought leaders working at the intersection of leadership, systems change, peacebuilding, and prosperity

• A facilitated wisdom circle, fostering deep listening, shared reflection, and dialogue across perspectives and sectors

• An invitation for participants to contribute their own lived experience, recognizing that collective intelligence emerges through presence, diversity of insight, and mutual respect
