My Story

Neslihan Sezer is an experienced business executive with human resources, strategy, talent, and diverse background. Close to 20 years of experience mainly in Consumer Goods Industry where the last five years has been with Pernod Ricard in two different locations, namely Istanbul and Paris.

 

She is currently leading Talent Management and Inclusion for the Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America regions. She has been in HR Director and Strategic Change Management roles and managed several transformation projects and executive recruitment, talent pipeline building, culture shaping, mentoring, coaching, diversity and inclusion agenda-setting and execution, and people management initiatives. She is a professional coach, and she served as a board member at EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and PERYON. She is passionate about bringing more diversity and inclusiveness into work, communities, and the world.

She is a native of Turkey and earned her Executive Master`s Degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD business school in Paris. She lives in Paris with her family.
