WIN Leadership Roundtable: Creating the Future Together

Geneva | 7 July 2026

As Santa Cruz plans to welcome leaders, innovators, and changemakers from around the world for on 20-22 April 2027 we invite you to join us for an intimate and inspiring evening of connection, reflection, and dialogue.

In the lead-up to WIN's Latin America Confreence, we are bringing together a curated circle of WIN alumni, emerging voices, thought leaders, women and allies who care about creating a more conscious, human-centered, and flourishing future.

This is an opportunity not only to reconnect with the WIN community, but also to help shape what comes next.

About the Evening

Business as usual no longer works.

Artificial intelligence, geopolitical uncertainty, demographic shifts, changing expectations of work, and accelerating technological change are transforming organisations faster than ever before. Success today requires more than new strategies and technologies. It calls for leaders who can navigate complexity with wisdom, authenticity, creativity, adaptability, and humanity.

For three decades, WIN has been preparing leaders to meet this reality.

As world contechnology advances at extraordinary speed, questions about humanity, leadership, purpose, and wellbeing become more important than ever.

• What future are we creating, and what future do we truly want?

• What are the needs, aspirations, and visions of women living and working in Latin America today?

• How can we create organizations where innovation, performance, and wellbeing go hand in hand, and communities where people flourish?

• Who in your network would benefit from being part of a transformational learning and leadership experience coming upin April?

• Can you host mobilizing groups in your organization, your country leading up to April?

At WIN, we believe the future is created through conversation, connection, and conscious action. Your voice matters.

As we co-create the upcoming Latin America Gathering (as well as other meetings across the planet and WIN 30 in Oslo in October), your ideas, perspectives, and presence help shape something greater than a single event: a movement for more conscious leadership and human flourishing.

Over 25,000 women, and an increasing number of conscious men, have been part of the WIN journey, millions touched by it.

This is your invitation to become part of what comes next.
