Kristin Engvig is a global pioneer of feminine, authentic leadership and conscious evolution. She grew up on the stunning west coast of Norway in a family of photographers before embarking on a lifelong journey of travelling the world and connecting women: to each other, to themselves, and to a new paradigm of leadership.

For nearly three decades, her work has focused on integrating inner development with organizational and societal change. Long before authentic leadership, diversity, and feminine leadership became widely recognized priorities, Kristin was quietly laying the foundations of what would grow into an international movement.

In the late 1990s, she founded Women’s International Networking (WIN) from her kitchen in Milan. The initiative began by connecting women and women’s networks through an annual future-oriented learning experience — The WIN Conference — designed to empower, connect, and develop leaders while advancing women’s freedom of choice and opportunity in the world, at work and in their own lives alongside men.

Guided by clarity of purpose and a deep commitment to “being the change,” WIN evolved organically into a globally respected leadership ecosystem spanning Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the United States.

Over the years, Kristin has collaborated with more than 100 of the world’s most respected companies and institutions and welcomed more than 25,000 senior decision-makers to the Global WINConference. Through WIN’s programs, partnerships, and global community initiatives, millions of women around the world have been directly and indirectly impacted. Many participants, inspired, connected, and mentored through WIN, have gone on to create their own leadership networks, initiatives, and movements, extending WIN’s influence across sectors and continents.

Beyond its flagship events and leadership programs, the WIN community connects women’s networks and leaders across continents while nurturing its own global sisterhood aligned with WIN’s values and approach to leadership.

Central to her work is The WIN Way, an integrated framework connecting World, Work, and You through eight pillars for transformation and seven keys for connecting beyond boarders and boundaries. This approach bridges feminine principles of awareness, alignment, and attraction with strategic leadership and organizational effectiveness, bringing together inner awakening and measurable impact in business, communities, and society.

Kristin’s work has also enabled numerous scholarships and supported projects benefiting girls and women in countries including India, Nigeria, Cameroon, Nepal, Burundi, and across Europe.

She has chaired high-level leadership dialogues at the United Nations in Geneva on Women Leadership in Peace and regularly contributes to global conversations including the W7 of the G7, the Nobel Peace Prize Forum, Davos and international leadership gatherings.

Known for her remarkable ability to connect women across cultures, sectors, and generations, Kristin has brought together leaders from around the world in spaces characterized by trust, openness, and transformation. By creating environments where diverse perspectives meet with respect and curiosity, her work quietly contributes to building bridges between cultures, a form of leadership that many see as a meaningful contribution to peace.

Her work is dedicated to expanding consciousness in the world, at work, and within each individual, shaping a more harmonious and flourishing future for all. She writes, creates and connects to best express what is emerging.

She is a sought-after speaker, facilitator, mentor, and advisor, partnering with senior leaders navigating complexity, cultural transformation, diversity, authenticity and the future of leadership.
