Whether you have been part of of the previous Leading with the Season workshop modules or not, here is your reminder invitation for you to join, our Samhain Autumn Workshop today.

As autumn deepens and the veils between worlds grow thin, we gather for our next Leading with the Season workshop at 12.30 CET.

This threshold between light and dark is more than a seasonal shift, it’s a moment to reflect on how we lead, create, and renew amidst great change. In nature, what falls away nourishes what will rise again. The same is true in our lives, organizations, and work.

When we pause to harvest our learning and release what is complete, we make space for the clarity and creativity that true leadership requires. Especially now, as uncertainty and intensity ripple through the world, this kind of grounded awareness helps us respond with steadiness and vision, rather than reaction.

In our one hour + Samhain workshop, we will:

- Reflect on this year’s “harvest”: what’s worked, what’s ready to rest.

-          Let go of outdated patterns that drain our energy or creativity.

-           Listen to intuition and inner guidance, essential in times of transformation.

-          Reconnect with the deeper purpose that sustains authentic leadership.

Together we’ll remember that darkness is not the end, but a fertile beginning, the quiet soil where new insight grows.

PAYMENT: The payment is in Swiss Franc (CHF) as the current platform only allows for this with WIN being based in Lausanne
