WIN Leadership Roundtable: Creating the Future Together

As we prepare for the WIN Global High-Level Gathering in Switzerland (16–18 September 2026), we invite a curated circle of WIN alumni, emerging leaders, partners, women and allies to come together for an evening of meaningful conversation, connection and co-creation.

Together, we will explore the future we want to create, for ourselves, our organizations and society and begin shaping the conversations and experiences that will unfold at our September Gathering.

We will explore questions such as:

• What kind of future are we creating and what future do we truly want?

• What do women, leaders and organizations most need today?

• How can leadership foster innovation, wellbeing and human flourishing?

• Who else should be part of these conversations?

  
  

At WIN, we believe the future is created through conversation, relationships and conscious action. Your voice matters.

We also invite you to contribute ideas, perspectives and introductions as we co-create this year's Global High-Level Gathering. Whether as a participant, speaker, partner, sponsor, volunteer or ambassador, there are many ways to become part of what comes next.
