Leadership today means more than goal achievement, efficiency and control. Especially in times of high uncertainty, accelerated change and growing complexity, soft skills are taking on a new, strategic significance . What often is referred to as strategic soft skills are abilities such as active listening, engaging communication, the conscious development of sustainable relationships, and the ability to deal with tensions without escalation. They create orientation, promote innovation and strengthen collaboration across silos.

Preparing you for the future, they are important advocacy values for WIN worldwide.

And no less in Germany. Hence WIN Düsseldorf puts these skills at the center: In interactive workshops, inspiring keynote speeches and panels with top international speakers, WIN Düsseldorf focuses on strategic soft skills as an indispensable complement to classic business skills and as a response to the challenges of modern leadership.
People who already use these qualities in their leadership work are invited as are those who are ready to absorb new ideas. Whether female or male, experienced or curious: WIN Düsseldorf is the place for everyone who wants to shape leadership for the future.
I look forward to meeting you in Düsseldorf, Julia Goering, WIN Executive Partner Germany
