My Story
I am a 47 years old Brazilian-British professional, with 20 years of international career, and currently serving as Executive Vice President for Africa & Asia at Yara International, a Norwegian multinational. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil, a MSc. in Structural Engineering from the Technical University of Graz, Austria, in addition to a specialization in corporate innovation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, USA. My hobbies are documentary movies, languages and travel. I have lived in 6 different countries and currently I reside in Singapore.

My biggest passion in life are my twins – Maya and Nathan – who are my inspiration to fight for a better and fairer world. I strive to do that through active advocacy for gender and ethnic diversity in corporate environments, in particular Scandinavia. I also coach and mentor several women in business, as I believe holding space and lifting each other up is the most effective way to resolve diversity and inclusion issues in companies.
