In this special pre-meeting session, we’ll explore multiple dimensions of diversity, from neurodiversity and disability to generational, national, and gender-based perspectives, all with a vision to foster excellence, innovation, and a human, joyful approach to competitiveness. Where are we and what is the world calling for now?
Influential thinkers and experts illuminate the current context, exploring pressing global trends and the forces shaping our future. From digital transformation and climate to values, gender, and consciousness, this session invites us to see clearly and step into our role as pioneers of new ways of living, leading, and creating. How do we thrive in uncertainty? Together, we will begin to explore how.

The Power of Story in a Time of Transformation
As we explore authentic leadership and the creation of harmony, we turn to our stories. Where do we come from? What has shaped us? And how do we bring those stories into the future we’re creating?  This forum invites us to connect through storytelling as a powerful tool for communication, connection, and transformation. In intimate circles of 7, we listen to inspiring short stories from global voices then open space to reflect, share, and witness each other's journeys. We begin opening up for the future and a new story as we welcome renewal, renewed purpose and vision.

Explore how to live with greater consciousness, courage, and authenticity. Learn to balance risk and trust, integrate the feminine and the masculine within, lead with natural power, and stay aligned with your deeper purpose.

Through rich dialogue, insight, and connection, we consider:
•    What does it mean to bring our projects from seed to flower?
•    How do we communicate across cultures and generations?
•    What is it to love, to lead, and to live from a fully realized self?

Together, supported by nature, technology, and a thriving sisterhood, we shape a new way forward—one rooted in truth, unity, and renewal.

In this closing ceremony, we share stories, dreams, and hopes. We celebrate women becoming whole, integrated, empowered, and radiant. We expand our roles as agents of possibility, weaving together all that we’ve experienced over these days.
Through collective reflection and inspiration, we revisit our stories from Day 1 and boldly bring them forward, illuminated with new vision, courage, and clarity.
Let our visions become our way. Let this be a beginning.
