Corporate Forum: THRIVE: Creating an Inclusive Organization

We explored how to build truly inclusive cultures —workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. In this special pre-meeting session, we discussed multiple dimensions of diversity, including neurodiversity and disability, as well as generational, national, and gender-based perspectives, all to foster excellence, innovation, and a human, joyful approach to competitiveness.

This ceremony invited us to arrive fully, anchoring in presence, igniting purpose, and opening to a renewed vision for our lives, leadership, and the world. Together, we began the journey to thrive, even in times of great shifts.

Where are we, and what is the world calling for now?

Influential thinkers and experts illuminated the current context, exploring pressing global trends and the forces that shaped our shared future. From digital transformation and climate to values, gender, and consciousness, this session invited us to see clearly and step into our roles as pioneers of new ways of living, leading, and creating. How do we thrive in uncertainty? Together, we began to explore how.

Through stories of leadership across business, politics, and the arts, we discovered the power of feminine wisdom, deep purpose, and the strength of community. This session celebrated the courage to create anew and the beauty of shining together.

The Power of Story in a Time of Transformation

As we explored authentic leadership and the creation of harmony, we turned to our stories. Where did we come from? What had shaped us? And how did we bring those stories into the future we’re creating? This forum invited us to connect through storytelling as a powerful tool for communication, connection, and transformation. In intimate circles of 7, we listened to inspiring short stories from global voices, then opened space to reflect, share, and witness each other's journeys. We began opening up to the future and a new story as we welcome renewal, renewed purpose, and vision.  And we took time to move.

We eased into the day with a practice that nurtured connection between body, mind, and spirit—awakening inner clarity and presence.

​

This was a session of becoming, realizing your own potential and the shared potential of our collective journey. Together, we opened space for new possibilities, listening for life’s invitations and stepping into a more conscious, authentic, and empowered way of living. We explored risk-taking and trust, self-worth and courage, integrated feminine and masculine qualities, and stayed aligned with our deeper purpose. Through dialogue, reflection, and connection, we asked: What does it mean to bring a project from seed to flower? How do we communicate across cultures and generations? What does it mean to love, to lead, and to live from a fully realized self? Supported by nature, technology, and a thriving sisterhood, we led the way toward a new beginning, cultivating magnificence, simplicity, and trust. Grounded, we rose. Together, we shone.

Global Vision / Dream Forum

We gathered one final time to reflect, celebrate, and envision.
In this closing ceremony, we shared stories, dreams, and hopes. We celebrated women becoming whole, integrated, empowered, and radiant. We expanded our roles as agents of possibility, weaving together all that we’ve experienced over these days.
Through collective reflection and inspiration, we revisited our stories from Day 1 and boldly brought them forward, illuminated with new vision, courage, and clarity.
Let our visions become our way. Let this be a beginning.
