As Geneva welcomes leaders, innovators, and changemakers from around the world for AI for Good 2026, we invite you to join us for an intimate and inspiring evening of connection, reflection, and dialogue.

In the lead-up to WIN's Global High-Level Gathering, taking place in Switzerland on 16–18 September 2026, we are bringing together a curated circle of WIN alumni, emerging voices, thought leaders, women and allies who care about creating a more conscious, human-centered, and flourishing future.

This is an opportunity not only to reconnect with the WIN community, but also to help shape what comes next.

About the Evening

As technology advances at extraordinary speed, questions about humanity, leadership, purpose, and wellbeing become more important than ever.

Inspired by the conversations taking place during AI for Good, we will explore together:

• What future are we creating, and what future do we truly want?

• What are the needs, aspirations, and visions of women living and working in Switzerland today?

• How can we create organizations where innovation, performance, and wellbeing go hand in hand, and communities where people flourish?

• Who in your network would benefit from being part of a transformational learning and leadership experience?
