Andrijana Cvetkovikj, an ambassador, film director, entrepreneur, and advocate for the UN's SDGs, holds a Ph.D. in Cinema Studies from Nihon University and an Executive MBA from TUJ. As the Founder & CEO of BrioNexus and co-founder of the Ambassadors Council, she propels sustainable development and social progress through cultural and science diplomacy. Previously, as the Director for North Asia at the Economist Group, she showcased her expertise to elevate high-level discussion across sectors including multiple stakeholders. With a distinguished career, including serving as an ambassador of Macedonia to Japan (2014-2018) and holding senior executive roles and board seats internationally, Andrijana is hailed for her leadership in diversity, inclusion, and gender equality. She has garnered several accolades, including the Award of Excellence from the Japanese Association of Film Producers and the WIN Inspiring Women Worldwide Award 2022. Moreover, she received an Honorary Doctorate from the European University and has been a speaker at prestigious events like the World Economic Forum and the UN's Conference on Climate Change. Notably, she has been appointed as a Special Advisor for International Cooperation to the Minister of Culture of Japan.

Jesper Koll has been researching and investing in Japan since becoming a resident in 1986. Over the past two decades, Jesper has been consistently recognized as one of the top Japan strategists/economists, having worked as Chief Strategist and Head of Research for U.S. investment banks J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch. He currently serves as Expert Director for the Monex Group and the Japan Catalyst Fund (Japan’s 1st retail investor based corporate engagement/activist fund). His analysis and insights have earned him a position on several Japanese government and corporate advisory committees and boards and he is an Ambassador for FinCity Tokyo. Jesper serves on the board of directors of OIST (Okinawa Institute of Science & Technology) and Asia Society (Japan). Jesper is an economist, angel-investor, patron; and yes, a Japan Optimist.

I’m Judith Ruiz Godoy Rivera, the Dean of the School of Humanities and Education at Tecnologico de Monterrey, the largest private university in Mexico. I hold degrees in Humanities and Modern Literature. What truly motivates me is the chance to influence and inspire future leaders through education and cultural initiatives. I’m passionate about promoting equality, guiding critical thinking and leading an enriching application of the Humanities. I've spent years leading projects to empower indigenous communities in Southern Mexico and women refugees in Costa Rica. Being part of this forum fuels my drive to foster collective intelligence and networking among women. I believe in the power of shared knowledge to bring about social change. So, whether it's advancing education, enriching culture or advocating for the arts, you'll find me right there at the forefront, sharing and contributing to human flourishing.

I am Keiko Maruyama, the CEO of WOMANET Co., LTD. Currently I manage IT and Marketing Consulting Company to help startups and small business in Japan.  Before starting my business, I worked 15 years in IT industries such us Equant France Telecom and Cisco Systems Japan both as a sales manager, marketing and project manager. I look forward to sharing experiences of being a woman leader and am inspired to connect with so many women and find new possibilities for my life.

Nilima Bhat is a visionary in the fields of Personal Mastery, Leadership, Gender Equality and Wellbeing. Her extensive and pioneering body of work is encompassed in her two books, Shakti Leadership – Embracing Feminine and Masculine Power in Business and My Cancer Is Me – The Journey from Illness to Wholeness. Together they outline new and cutting-edge holistic and integrated approaches to DEI&B, Leadership and Resilience. Nilima headed Corporate Communications for an ITC Hotel, Philips, and ESPN STAR Sports before co-founding Roots & Wings, a leadership consultancy in 2004. Their blue-chip clients include HP, Microsoft, Whole Foods Market, Etsy, Tata, SocGen Bank and more. Nilima is currently building 1) the Shakti Fellowship, jointly certified with the University of San Diego and WIN, with a mission to create 100,000 women changemakers by 2030. 2) the Truth & Reconciliation movement for healing collective trauma and leading harmonious interdependence at a planetary level. 3) the Shakti Kumbh, first-ever Kumbh Mela for spiritual traditions of the Divine Feminine, with an Integral Yogini Teacher Training Course.

Sawori Imura has been with Bristol-Myers Squibb for over 9 years, and she is currently General Manager of the Aichi Plant. Past roles at the company include Director of Strategy and Operation and Life Cycle Lead, Integrated Product Strategy, Global Supply Chain. Before that, she spent 17 years at Procter and Gamble, including as Group Manager, Site Integrated Working System Lead at the Akashi Plant. She has an Executive MBA from NUCB Business School and a BS in Biochemistry and has certificates in leadership development (from Harvard Business School Executive Education) and supply chain (from APICS).
