We begin with a webinar on 10 November 2026, bringing together voices from across Latin America and beyond to explore where women’s leadership is most needed, what inspires us, and how we can overcome obstacles and mobilise resources.
Together, we will identify the most relevant topics for our gathering, guided by WIN’s World • Work • You framework for change and vision for the world.

We gather on the evening of 20 April and continue through 22 April 2027 for the in-person WIN Latin America Gathering.
Together, we will explore how we can help create a more secure world, workplaces and lives and begin shaping a future where the best of technology meets the finest of humanity, guided by inclusion, creativity and responsibility.

Through collaboration, healthy feminine and masculine principles come together as a third force, opening a more luminous and creative path. We’ll also celebrate the impact already made and get ready for the work still ahead.

Why Bolivia Matters?
We chose Bolivia as a starting point for our 2027 Latain American WIN Conference.
Bolivia is still one of the strongest performers globally on women’s representation in national politics. In the IPU’s January 2026 ranking, Bolivia was 4th in the world: women held 66 of 130 seats (50.8%) in the Chamber of Deputies and 21 of 36 seats (58.3%) in the Senate, based on the August 2025 electoral composition. That is 87 of 166 seats overall, or 52.4%.
